Known as the "Praise & Worshipper" of St. Louis, gospel singer Generald Wilson has been singing since the age of 5. Generald is a native of St. Louis, Missouri born and raised to sing the gospel and spread the good news of Jesus Christ. He is the proud child of Jannie French & stepfather Sylvester French.
Generald Wilson has shared the stage with leading gospel artist such as: The late James Moore, John P. Kee, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Dottie Peoples, Timothy Wright, Fred Hammond, Marvin Sapp, Myron Butler & Levi, just to name a few.
Generald has been blessed to sing the National Anthem at major sporting events held by Major League Baseball and the National Football League each year allowing his God given talent to be enjoyed and showcased to thousands of viewers and listeners.
On October 20, 2007 Generald Wilson recorded his first live CD entitled: "I Live to Praise, I Live to Worship" at the Christian Embassy Church where he is currently the Minister of Music. Generald has been under Pastor Robert Griffin leadership since 1996.
Generald has been married to Dee Wilson for 16 years and they have two lovely daughters Jazmynn and Shanice Wilson.
Generald has been a member of the United States Navy since 1988. Generald has one goal and that is to spread the Gospel over the Nation, compelling others to come to Christ and encourage those that are already in the family.
