The Day of the Beast started in 2005 with KC (guitar), Eric (guitar), and our original drummer Aaron. Steve (vocals) was next to join up, and then after having a few short-time bass players, we were lucky enough to recruit Justin Shaw after his departure from Arsis. Shortly after recording the cd, Aaron left the band and was replaced with our current drummer, Jeremy. We''ve been fortunate to establish a line-up of guys who work together well and just want to play aggressive metal.
