Bio
My Name is Daniel R. Schwickerath or D.K for short. I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. When I was in the six grade at Moody Middle School, I was riding the bus home and I sat beside Raymond Mc Mickins and he was writing some rhymes. I asked him what was he doing and he told me. Of course, I was very interested in it so I started researching Hip Hop by going to the library and reading books on poetry. Where I live some people would describe it as the projects My family lived in Oakland Village Apartments. My parents separated and divorced when I was 12 years old. So we moved to Northside in Huntington Village Apartments and we lived there. One day some kid tried to get me to sell crack so my mom moved us to Hope Village in Glen Allen. Ironically I ended up selling crack anyway at the age of 16. I was arrested for crack cocaine with the intent to distribute I was blessed out of the situation. I was not convicted of it charges were dismissed, but even though I was a troubled teen my mom never lost hope she kept me and my two younger siblings in church every Sunday and Wednesday night. The word of God was and is a great influence on my life even though I went through years of confusion trying to find my place in this world. I was in and out of jail as a teen and young adult. At the end it was Jesus Christ that changed my life. Now I use my gift and talent to preach the gospel threw Hip Hop. My goals are to save as many souls as possible before my death or before the rapture which ever comes first. I would love to be at the top of this music business like Little Wayne and T.I. to show the world you can be a Christian and go to the top. I have been asked the question who would I compare my style to and to be honest I don''t think I sound like anyone. I believe my music is truly unique in its own way. One day I pray that I can do music full time, it is my passion so look out world the Demon Killer is coming
