"The Tara Charles Band really rocks, they have a kick-ass mix of the Blues and Rock n Roll!" - Nik DelGreco
Pittsburgh Rock Radio WDVE 102.5FM

The Tara Charles Band was 1st Formed in May 2000, with musicians she met during a theatrical production of GodSpell. If you believe in muses, Tara was blessed with one that sparked one of her most creative efforts to date. She brought in former bandmate and lifetime friend Frank Romano to play lead guitar and lend his creative gifts to the effort.

Although the rest of the lineup changed, it didn''t stop The Tara Charles Band from making their 1st EP "Everything Changes".

2001 proved to be a great year for the band as bookings, airplay, and studio work kept coming. They were blessed to work with some of Pittsburghs'' finest musicians in and out of the studio during that year. On September 7, 2001 they
made their 1st live radio appearance on Pittsburgh rock radio WDVE morning Coffee House.

2002 became another great year as TCB was given more talent than they could imagine. Bill Laing and Aaron Yozwick joined the group as an unbelieveable ryhthm duo. Aaron Hudson lent his talent from behind the scenes as their incredible designer for their new CD "CHAMELEON". Most recently yet another great talent Gina Kosak has come along to lend her marketing and website expertise.

2003 would mark yet more changes for the band. Tara says, Zen is at work once again for we have been given a "recurring sweet dream". An almost original member of TCB, bassman Duane Davis, returns to the band as Bill departs and makes his way to acting full time. Duane''s dynamic bass style''s compliment drummer Aaron Yozwick''s incredible rhythms and TCB ROCKS with a new passion!

Tara and Frank feel very blessed and fortunate to have such an incredible team behind them, and TCB is quickly becoming one of Pittsburgh''s Top Bands. Now they are ready to rock into 2003. Their new CD "Chameleon" is a powerful mix of original rock, blues, alternative and ballads. LIVE or in the STUDIO, this band loves to Rock.
