Portraits Of Motion is the debut release CD from Terry Green. Portraits Of Motion is a unique collection of songs in the pop/rock genre, which will captivate listeners through their memorable hooks, interesting musical interludes, and clever thought-provoking lyrics.
From the pulsating rhythm of the opener "Surrounded.." to the triumphant orchestral instrumental, there is variety of musical styles which will please listeners of differing tastes. There are driving rock beats, upbeat shuffles, smooth ballads, and ethereal themes with an element of suspense and intrigue.
The discerning musical ear will hear influences of Yes and Kansas in the several challenging solo sections weaved throughout the fabric of these songs. He is fluent in both languages, having learned Spanish when he lived in Mexico for 14 years, where he has done some recording session work and live performances.
