Tim was born and bred in a clear & mountainous region of Western Canada where he learned to pick guitar with the local gypsies. He was very healthy there and decided to move to London to undo some of what good living had done.
In 2001 he formed Darkroom, a band with big pretensions and big music. They played their farewell gig in London''s famous Borderline club in late 2003.
Tim released his debut album Ricochet in late 2004, a collection of songs covered in fuzz. He plays regularly in the UK as a solo artist and with his band. Tim Phillips Band are: Tim, Alex Dickson, Henrik, and Paul Winter-Hart.
