Tom "Toma" Chaffer is your basic, global love-child. His Dad (pictured on the cover - see https://www.tradebit.com) faithfully carted him and his Mom and siblings through a dozen different states, Canada, Turkey and Germany.
Being frustrated with existence and teen-hood, Toma found hope when he saw an image of the Crucifix and suddenly understood the eternal YES God provides in Yeshua (Jesus), King of the Universe.
Thus began the prolific song-writing career of our protagonist, Toma, as he was lifted into a profound sense of worship and openness unsurpassed by any earthly phenomenon.
Toma''s Atomsound, the Media project (https://www.tradebit.com), was conceived in the summer of 2002. It provided the launching pad for his album, al Panai. The impetus for pulling together these tunes (some new, some old) was to have a unique, personable gift for the good people of Israel during his first visit to that miraculous country in the summer of 2003.
The term, "al Panai" is used of Daniel and Moses (as well as others) who fall "al Panai" or "face-down" before God or His angels (the angels consequently tell us to get up because we''re only fellow servants of the Most High). And, consequently, the vernacular Hebrew term, "al Panai," is often used as a derogatory term for someone who''s embarrassed themselves - "wow, that guy''s really on his face!" But in Exodus 20, verse 3, in the first commandment, God Almighty, the very God of Israel, asks us all to set ourselves apart for "al Panai" with Himself - for transparent relationship - having no other ''gods'' in between!
Ex.(20:3) Thou shalt have no other gods before me is transliterated, "Lo yiheye lecha elohim acharim al Panai." Which is translated literally, "Not shall there be to you gods any other before My face."
Toma sings, "in the face of, in the breath of... I want ''al Panai'' with You" focusing on the positive of this commandment - "Yes! I''ll be the one who is in the breath of, in the face of... my God!"
