Known for his passionate, never half hearted performances, McAllen has toured the UK, Poland as well as appearances in Dubai, Kenya and Rwanda. His first CD: Plug In was released in 2006. Songs from this appeared on compilation albums for a London independent record label. In March 2008 he released his second EP: “The Optical Illusion.” A recent review stated this about the CD:
