Introduction to the “Infinite Love” Collection
Becoming a mother has had a profound effect on me, as it does all parents! I was never one of those “domestic” girls – I didn’t play with dolls, I fixed cars, I wasn’t interested in learning to cook, I played sports so motherhood was a huge unknown for me. As I was launched into motherhood, the caring for my child of course came naturally but the thing I was most awestruck about was how much I loved this child from the very moment I laid eyes on each them and how enormous this love felt. It was overwhelming. I came to the conclusion that this is a small glimpse of the “Infinite Love” God has for each of us if we open ourselves to it.
This collection of songs represents songs I have shared with my children, messages I want to leave with them as they grow and meet the challenges of life, as well as special songs I share with my parents. I am blessed to have many of my church family participating in this project including my sister, and my parents. My prayer is that this collection of songs touches you in some way as only God’s “Infinite Love” can! God Bless You! Judy
