Details:
"Although it''s all been done before, I wished, and it came true.I grappled in the grip of grace, creating something new."

--"Farewell to Goodbyes"

Trash Art''s thoughtful arrangements and layered harmonies mine rock''s rich catalogue while projecting the band''s distinctive core. Their progressive musicianship is energetic and intelligent, and the result is a melodic art-rock with comparisons ranging from Radiohead and Coldplay to the Beatles.

"Little Broken Words", the band''s first full-length will be available in stores and at shows starting October 10th. The guys recorded at Jackpot! Studios in Portland throughout February with local guru Larry Crane (engineering and additional production). A unique style of weird-angle story telling combined with a bit of abstraction, some detached spiritualism, moments of personal confession, and a touch of sarcasm make for an engaging listen time and time again.
The boys are currently plastering their propaganda around Portland one PGE poll at a time. Catch them on the street or in a venue near you.

TRASH ART is Chris Robley (songwriter, vocals, guitars, and keyboards), John Stewart (vocals, drums, and percussion), Robert PeArt (guitars, keyboards, and effects), and Steve Keeley, (vocals, bass, and violin).
