Cast the First Stone talks about the age old irony many of us face - being in love with finding love, yearning for love, but then not being sure what to do once we actually find it. The mood of the songs varies from the light hearted pop of "I''m Not Alone (I''m just lonely) and "In Our Own World" to dark and brooding melodies in "Gone Cold Turkey" and "Tears Behind the Glow" to the dreamy vocal harmonies of "Let It Go."
