From 1985 - 1990, Judith Zweiman, Duane Michael Tucker, and Mark McColl performed every Sunday night at Augie''s, on Broadway and 106th Street in Manhattan,a well known Columbia University hangout, and the band found themselves with a wacky group of loyal and devoted fans.(Today that club is known as Smoke, immortalized in the TV series "The Sopranos.") They''ve been goin'' in and out of style, but Judith Zweiman and Duane Michael Tucker have continued to play their unique blend of folk, contemporary country, rock and jazz for over two decades.
