Miles Spencer''s music draws upon a vast spectrum of influences. Jeff Beck, Santana, Jean Michelle Jarre, and Tommy Bolin have a direct impact on both his compositional and lead approach. Players like Billy Gibbons, Frank Zappa and StevieRay Vaughn have also influenced him . Miles has a background of studies in guitar and music theory and has been a Recording Artist since he was 18 years old . Miles Spencer is a Rock Fusion Guitarist from the San Francisco South Bay Area. Miles'' first instrument was a Sequential Circuts'' Pro-One monophonic synthisizer, which he got at 12 years old. Soon he branched out and experimented with Bass, Vocals and, finally, guitar, which he has played since age 17. Miles Spencer currently plays A Les Paul and an Ibanez Artcore AXD81. Miles also plays a Fender electric acoustic and uses Marshall and Vox amplification with Boss digital processing and tuning equiptment.
