Close your eyes and imagine an 8-piece band, dressed for success playing a dingy barn, sounding like the bastard child of The Black Crowes and The Black keys with a female singer. Anthony Rinaldi (sax) steps to the edge of the stage and plays a jazzy lick that bleeds into a face-melting guitar solo, care of Neil Hendry. The “shooby-doo-wop” backup singers hold your attention, but in the shadows, you see the silhouette of a man in a cowboy hat pounding away at the keyboard (Jordan Safer). The stage comes alive with the thud of Dave Henriques on bass. Justin Ruppel (drums) keeps the beat going while the band pauses to sing along to a chorus; you can’t help but to sing along too!
