Joanne began to perform throughout the Rhode Island and Massachusetts areas in community choruses and theater groups in 1986. She studied classical voice for seven years with professor Blaine Corey, who says:"Joanne is a poised performer with a strong sense of style; she moves easily between styles of music. Also an accomplished jazz vocalist, Joanne has performed at concerts, clubs and private functions, including the Grand Manor and Diamond Hill State Park.
