Welsh Rabbit emerged from the blossoming northwest pop scene in the late 90''s, forged out of an undeniable commitment to catchiness and a tendency towards stuck-in-your-head guitar jangle. The band split a year after the release of the quartets first recording, entitled "West 11th Love Letter". After a year lay-off, two of the founding members, Nick Levine and Kyle Chilla reformed the band with Florida to Oregon transplant, Jordan Selman. Within a year the new line-up had completed the group''s sophmore "debut", aptly titled "Forward Motion", and recaptured the hearts of northwest concert-goers. The band now sits comfortably at the two-year mark as a power trio, gunning for a third and anticipating what''s around the corner.
