Yascha has spent the last five years in Portland producing and performing with many different northwest songwriters and bands. This is his first fully-produced solo record to date. Being a multi-instrumentalist, Yascha played drums, guitars, piano, vibes, and many other instruments on the record along with singing the lead vocals. At most of his gigs you will see open eyes, ears and hearts as his songs come from a very grounded place in the soul.
Yascha was joined by pedal steel virtuoso Paul Brainard and fiddle master Lex Browning among others on this album. "Spinning Like The Stars" has been compared to Nick Drake''s "Pink Moon" for its lush production and diverse songwriting styles.
