Dion Mikel started his music career at the age of 14, at which time he D.J. parties for local neighborhoods and high schools. He landed his first recording contract with E & B Records out of Sacramento, CA. Dion was and opening act with the group T.R.M. Dion also opened up for Spice One, Sir Mix –A-Lot and other artists.
In 2005 Dion also signed with another recording contract with New Experience /Faze 4 Records in Delphos, Ohio where he was the production manager and recording artist.
Dion since then has started his own record company/Kutt Diamond Records out of Fresno, CA and he still produces music for various artists. Dion still writes songs and produces them for himself.
Dion inspiration to become a singer, songwriter and producer was inspired by artists like Prince, Ready for the World, Keith Sweat, and many more.
Dion now runs his own publishing company under BMI, where he is releasing various new artists throughout the states.
Dion is a hot new seasoned veteran out of Fresno, CA. Be sure to keep and eye out for new releases in the future.
