The Rev. Dennis Kamakahi is a multiple Grammy and Na Hoku Hanohano winner. He has written over 500 songs and is considered Hawaii’s most prolific living composer of Native Hawaiian songs today. In his celebration of 42 years as a professional musician in 2009, a former member of the legendary group the Sons of Hawaii (1974-1992), and the popular songs he has written, he proudly presents to you Volume One of the Greatest Hits of his recording career and a few new songs sure to be classics.
