I’m excited to share my music and heart with you. Starting when I was just a little girl I would sing my heart out to the Southern Gospel/Country music that I loved. I dreamed that one day I would also share through some means the music and Savior I love so much. This first CD is the fulfillment of that dream.
I also dreamed of being a wife and mother. God fulfilled both dreams. I married my high school sweetheart and biggest fan, Mark. We are now raising our precious children together.
My music was about to change! Three years ago while I was driving down the road the Holy Spirit began to pour into my heart a song. I did not know the words or music really, only that someday I would write that song. Several days later I sat down at the piano and the words and music spilled out onto paper. You’ll find that first song on this CD called “What a Celebration.” Since then many more songs have followed. At the loving encouragement of my family and friends I have chosen 13 of those songs to share with you. My music reflects the trials and triumphs in my life and who I love the most.
Lesa Stafford my cousin/best friend has blessed me by singing harmony with me and sharing in my life and music. God brought us together for "such a time as this."
My only prayer is that you are encouraged by my music to draw ever closer to the Lord Jesus Christ.
