BFA: Bio
BFA
Not only one of the best rock bands, but one of the most mysterious as well in the absence of much information on the members, BFA''s music speaks for itself. BFA, though seldom seen outside the studio these days, has been continuing to hone their craft with strong influences from the likes of Arthur Lee, Tony Iomi, The Who and AC/DC. Hendrix-like licks from lead guitarist, E.L. Nelson contour the over-all feel of this loud and driving, sometimes melodic band. The soulful and expressive vocals of veteran BFA singer, Thomas Guy (Tozz), temper and balance the power of Danny Melamed’s hard, flashy yet smartly executed percussion. All three have been collaborating off-and-on over the years as the heart and soul of BFA. With help from jazz, funk and rock bassist, Ken Nelson and the uplifting lyrics of Judy Nelson, this is a must have album to "hang your ear to." Please note: Don''t be alarmed at seeing only 7 titles listed -- the album runs over 45 minutes. Play it loud. Despite the popularity of downloading snippets off albums, this is one of the few that is essential to own in its entirety. Buy it now to complete any serious rock collection.
