Nessa Rica is a new captivating singer/songwriter capturing the hearts of those who hear. She grew up in Sydney''s Inner West and music is very much apart of her life. After moving to Los Angeles, California in 2007, her talent was discovered while singing at a jam session. After graduating from High School, music took over her life in full strength with gigs every friday night and recording for her EP Album entitled, Hearts Desire. Her tasteful and sweet sound derives from different musical influences ranging from the powerful divas Mariah Carey and Alicia Keys, to pop icons Mandy Moore and Kelly Clarkson, and to the feel good acoustic sounds of Colbie Caillat and Brooke Fraser. A first time listener stated, "She has the voice of an angel and I was really feeling her performance. Her songs are charming and inspiring." Nessa Rica began singing at the early age of four, took piano lessons at the age of five, and wrote her first song at the age of ten. Since then she has taken these elements and more to further her musical experiments including collaborations with different producers in hopes to reach a broad audience. After a great response to Hearts Desire, Nessa Rica is working on releasing her full length album.
