Mike has been performing and singing since he was 13. During his latter teen years, Mike was a member of a popular rock band “LIGHT” that performed extensively in the upper Midwest area. Since 1973 Mike has been a solo performer of guitar and voice and has performed in many music venues all over the Upper Midwest area.
In 1987 Mike started his own recording studio in Sonoma, CA. Then in 2003, Mike relocated to Franklin, TN, just outside of Nashville, where he built 1238 Studio. He is presently producing, arranging, and recording many styles of music for songwriters as well as his own projects.
Using the well known vast treasure of Nashville session musicians in producing the songs on this CD, Mike has performed and produced a great collection of some of his favorite songs - Traditional to Country to Pop. The sound quality really comes through on his latest CD release “My Kind Of Music” for 2007.
Look for a new collection of Mike''s favorites to be released Late 2009.
