Delano (Garner Delano Barker) is a talented Christian
one-man band from Eaton, Ohio. Delano writes his own
lyrics and performs all instrumentation and vocals on
his CD''s along with producing, engineering, mixing,
recording and distributing his own music. Delano''s new
CD "Around 2000 Years Ago" is a blend of contemporary,
rock and acoustic music capturing the listening ears
of all ages. Delano had a little help from brother Dave
and Nephew Joey on the track "I lay down my burdens".
The track "Second Sight" was written by Delano''s
grandson Ernest (Bubby) Spencer.
Delano has been said to have a style and sound of
John Lennon with a mix of Neil Young, Yes and the
Moody Blues. Delano likes experimenting around
with his music to create a sound different from most
bands. Delano says he loves to mix up the style
and rhythm of his songs on his CD''s. Delano also
tunes one of his guitars totally different than the
standard to give some of his songs a distinguished
