Details:
I was a walking dead man, stretched thinner each day. I met the living God and today I live. My music is an auditory expression of this ongoing experience. It is energy pulled from a wall socket, consecrated and shaped into audio. I will tell what I know about life and how to find it.

The following are reviews of some of the tracks on "Set Apart".

"COMPLETION"
Electronic Composition At Its Finest
Superb intro - slick, soothing, enticing. Well thought out placement, panning. Beautiful "string" line gliding throughout. Wonderful use of metallic sounds. The distant and sparse drumming is quite cool. This sounds an awful lot like a relaxed Hvartski! Using samples of unexpected sounds to take the place of orchestral instruments... so cool. I really hate writing about music this good! The track is best enjoyed listening quietly. Excuse me while I hit the repeat button and check out for about 4.5 minutes...

"JOHN 11:25"
Vibrations in the Solar Evolving Zoo
Neat! Cool combination of a solid bounce begins the track, with distant sounds almost like tropical animals. Quite a soundscape that incorporates brushing rhythms, variations on the bounce sound and eventually a solid backbone rhythm. Semi-vodocer sounds down in the mix enter around the last third of the track, affected into unintelligibility, adding to the mystery of the piece. Nice minimalist piano and more discernible vocals finish the track, and the beat gets more structured. Think of this one as the evolution of sound, becoming ever more organized. Cool listen.

"OBED-EDOM''S HOUSE"
GREAT TRACK!
Great intro! excellent work on the vocal sample! Very good breakdowns, atmospheric and menacing... It sounds like Aphex Twin... I liek the way the use very simple musical ideas and process them sonically... so it always the same but diferent! Less is more as they say!

"MINUTIAE"
O B E
Good dreamy vibe to the intro; I like how the early samples appear at first to be almost random sounding, and then begin to meld into something cohesive.
Love the bassy overtones and minor subtleties, all working in perfect tandem to create an auraul dreamscape of sorts; then a quick departure only to fall back into the original incantation.
I will have to remember to bring along a disc player for my next out of body experience; this would be the ideal soundtrack.
There is a very strong dreamy, surreal mood being evoked here, good job.

"NOT SLEEPIN''"
eerie and as hell
Cool computer generated vocals. Great subject matter. Get biblical biatch! Scary instrumental track. Ultra stripped down rhythm and bass tracks. With a great beat that is more in the silences than the beats. I liked this alot more than I thought I was going to. Very cool sound selection. I like the phasing keyboard track towards the middle of the song. Cool guitar samples about 3 minutes in. I guess this is the first delta blues electronica.
