Guitarist, Vocalist, Joe Wheeler first hit the South Florida music scene in 1992 with his national Jimi Hendrix tribute band, "Electric Ladyland". Performing the Hendrix''s tunes live,Wheeler also received international attention. In 1993 Wheeler played with legendary Jimi Hendrix, Band of Gypsies drummer, Buddy Miles. Joe Wheeler keeps going strong with many gigs and studio sessions under his belt. Now, in 2005 Joe Wheeler has released his new CD "Hourglass of Time".
This new CD release on Electric Blue Records Label, is Original Heavy Rock Grooves with Killer lead guitar solos. Guitar fans will love this CD! *Also two Jimi Hendrix covers, "Purple Haze" and "Machine Gun", licensed by Experience Hendrix L.L.C.
