In the late 1970''s after a lengthy appeal, the US Supreme Court upheld a lower court ruling that barred me from playing music or being involved in the production, directing, distribution, or participation in the creation of any live music group or music source. The court cited myriad complaints from local homeowners and homeowner associations complaining of noise statute violations and tonal imperfections. I was forced to stop playing music and joined the US Army, figuring I had noting else to do. After 24 years of not playing, I ran into a few old friends who had kept playing, they encouraged me to try again. After acquiring the legal services of Dewey, Cheatam, and Howe LLC, to investigate the legalities and ramifications of my returning to music, I was advised that the ruling had been overturned in the early 1980''s. Since I had joined the Army and left the country, I was never properly notified as per the court order. A wasted life, well maybe, but at least I got to eat all of that good Army mess hall food. Yum Yum. I decided to give music a second try as a hobby. One thing led to another, and eight months later I had built a modest recording studio in my basement. I''m almost completely cured of my addiction to watching Fox News every night and eating MRE''s until I fall asleep in my recliner. Buy the CD, give it a listen. If I sell enough I may be able to hire a drummer, singer, and bass player, that way I wont have to play everything myself!
