2006 Native American Music Award nominee, Spirit Wing, has released their third CD, entitled, “Flutes, Drums and Guitars.”
In response to fans asking for an instrumental CD featuring Barbara’s playing of the Native Flute the band has answered the call, with 12 gentle and delightful instrumentals that feature not only the members of Spirit Wing (Barbara Andrews-Christy, Barry Lee and Chris Hawley) but also some of their very talented friends:
Ted The Fiddler on violins; Martin Bradfield on percussion; Jamie Briggs on trap set; Matthew White-Eagle on hand percussion and Dave Antonio on didgeridoo!
The music will take the listener on a delightful journey covering so many emotions such as love, reflective peace, joy, mellowness, and exhilaration.
Spirit Wing invites everyone to sit, relax, enjoy a warm beverage and listen.
