Colourblind Lizard are an acoustic duo whose music has a slightly melancholy feel to it. Taking inspiration from Irish singer/songwriter Gemma Hayes, Lizzie and Martin started writing together in early 2006 releasing their first e.p Best Left Unsaid later that year.
Three years and many shows later Colourblind Lizard very much have their own defined style and feel to their music, focusing around their heartfelt lyrics and emotive guitar playing. This release ''Lies and Fairytales'' is a strong collection of songs from a band that certainly has bigger things to come.
