BIO

Bryan, Jeremy, and Brian have been friends for a long time. They''ve lived together in North Carolina, California, and have finally settled into a two-story house in Nashville, TN, the place some call "Music City, USA".

After releasing their debut independent record, "Just Wait" while they were still in high school, the band released a few more singles before a long period of quiet. During this time, the guys each went to various colleges throughout the southeast, only to leave those schools at the drop of a hat and head west to record the album they''ve always dreamed of recording.

They met fascinating people, went to ritzy hollywood parties, picked fights with former boy band members, and once ate brunch with Denzel Washington and Beyonce (AT THE SAME TIME!).

But for what can only be described as "part of the music biz", the record never came out and the band found themselves back at square one. Not ones to dilly daddle for too long, they decided to move on and write new songs, recording them as soon as possible because, well, thats what you do in Nashville.

And so, "Futura" is born. This six song EP finally shows the promise Pico vs Island Trees (and critics) have always believed they had. The mini-record spans across all genres, showcasing their diverse musical tastes, and penchant for carefully crafted pop songs. There''s something for everyone on this disc, whether you''re into the disco dance pop of Michael Jackson, Prince, and the Bee Gees, or the indie rock sounds of Wilco, Spoon, and Death Cab for Cutie.

With this new release and a busy touring schedule, Pico plans to keep going strong, getting their music out to as many people possible. Because even though they''ve been together for a long time, they''re really just getting started.
