Details:
The debut release from Robert Kramer, "Blood On The Full Moon", represents the growing trend in music of the return of the classic songwriter.

In these tracks, Robert takes the listener deep into the hidden feelings and emotions of love, life and relation-ships.

The title track starts the journey by entering a musical soundscape that slides you into Roberts commentary on all the negative imagery and general sense of "impending doom" being projected into the world today, especially in music.

But as he tells you about "fears that prowl the night", the impending soundscape of the blood-red moon begins to fade into the background, and he introduces you to "Saviour", bringing hope and light from the darkness.

"Who Says?", the next track, is a sidetrack into Roberts direct dead-on statement of his personal feelings about rejection by the music industry, asking the question "who says I cant be what you want?...who says I cant be sold?", in a song that very well could show itself to be the contender for a top position as a charted single.

"Dona", an affectionate song in the "Sting/Police-style" about and to his current wife, tells of one hearts journey to save another, exploring the emotional depths of anothers pain to help return them to a point of trust and respect.

Thruout his compositions, Kramer has always felt even though one can write about despair or negative issues, there should always be some evidence of hope expressed, even if it is only hope of change.

Being true to oneself, following what you believe, and owning up to your faults and your shortcomings, and not being afraid to confront your own pain is what the next track "Confession" leads us to, perhaps even with a subliminal message that hints at Kramer eventually making his own confession to himself on the fadeout of the song, not quite loud enough for us to hear his private thoughts, and so the song might even symbolize his absolution silently delivered from the "Saviour" mentioned earlier.

"You''re All Around Me" is a story of how love can surround us everywhere we go, delivered by an infectious, island-flavored rhythm. "Why Am I In Love With You" is a pop/jazz-funk tune thats got contemporary adult appeal, while "Only Memories Always Last" closes the album with poignant, thought-provoking prose, with just Kramers lone vocal and a guitar.

This album represent the beginning point of Kramers'' personal credo.."the journey is the goal.." He invites you to take the journey with him...a journey well worth taking.

SPECIAL NOTE: Track #4 on the album, "WHO SAYS?" was recently licensed by 20MAX Films for the movie "MONKEY LOVE", which stars Jeremy Renner & Amy Stewart.
