Sherri''s gift was discovered at a very young age, while she sang at a local church. She continued to touch many lives during her high school days, as she won many first place awards in school, as well as, community talent shows.
After completing school, Sherri went to sing with various local bands and choirs, such as the Georgia Mass Choir, the Atlanta Super Church, the Atlanta Chapter of America, and the James Cleveland Workshop, just to name a few. Sherri''s gift has been compared to the wonderful singing talent of Stephanie mills. Using Stephanie Mills''s career as a model, Sherri decided to pursue a career as a recording artist, and has worked with talented and renowned artist. Recently, she has appeared in Gospel USA Magazine.
When asked why her singing is so important to her, Sherri responds, "because God has shown me through my own day to day experiences that music is my ministry and it has the ability to calm my fears, as well as, to express my joys. Essentially, he has shown me that music is a ministry of love, healing, and restoration, with the ability to reach out and touch many people, just like me, with the same experiences of life. And without a doubt, God''s gift to me is meant to be shared with others and to be a blessing to many.
