Shryne is a modern rock band, local to Rhode Island, which has played to energetic audiences at such local venues as AS220, The Call, The Living Room, The Blackstone, The Century Lounge and The Station since the band''s inception in 2000.
In February 2003, front man Nicholas "Nicky O" O''Neill died in the tragic fire at ''The Station'' nightclub in West Warwick, RI.
Nicky has been sorely missed, but Shryne has since reformed and has been playing locally again since June 2004. Shryne plans to record their second album in the near future.
Proceeds from all online sales of this album will go to The Nicky O Foundation, a foundation formed by Nick''s family which disperses an annual scholarship to collegebound students with backgrounds in theatre and/or music.
