The Mandaree Singers are amongst the most well respected and legendery singing groups of all time. This release was recorded live at 2008 Shakopee Mdewakanton Wacipi. All the songs on this recording were sung at one time from the early 60’s “River Bottom Days” to the late 80’s by the original Mandaree Singers. There have been many gifted and talented singers from the Three Affiliated Tribes in the past that have composed veteran’s, Individual and powwow songs. Many songs were traded and exchanged with the Bloods, Blackfoots and Crees in the late 50’s, 60’s and into the early 70’s.

This CD is truly a collectors item. It is a scrapbook of pictures taken from the early days of the Mandaree Singers to today''s pictures of the sons and nephews of the original singers.
