The Scrimshanders are from Boston, MA - but you''d think they''re from Indiana or somewhere.

"Longneck" is the debut album featuring 13 originals written from 1998-2000.

Strong songs set against a lush backdrop of pedal steel, organ, and guitars.

The record was recorded in the summer of 2000 by David Minehan at Wooly Mammoth Studios. It was released in January of 2001.
