New York based guitarist Peter Gusmano premieres his self-titled debut CD, A Flickering Light. This full length cd, with 100% of worldwide sales profits going towards raising funds for curing ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease), is part of a project entitled Guitar For a Cure.
This cd is an exciting new instrumental guitar cd of all original music composed by Peter Gusmano (Polar Bear Bulldog Music Inc). The cd contains a focus on melodic overtones reminiscent of David Gilmour with an influence by a range of players such as Joe Satriani, Michael Landau with an infusion of Alice in Chains edge. This cd is comprised of Peter Gusmano on Lead, Rhthym and Acoustic Guitars and Midi Pads, Ethan Meixsell (Solo Artist) on bass, harmonies and keys as well as Joe Chirco (Session Drummer) on Drums and Percussion.
