This is one of most contemporary Janpanese Jazz big band.
I love this sentence "Freedom Jazz Spirits" which have been the name of my first jazz band in 1975. This band keep playing something which we feel we can make it really great. "Eiichiro Arasaki Big Band" has almostly the same music Directionality.
I graduated Berklee college of music in Boston 1985.I was at Jazz composition and arranging major,https://www.tradebit.comeroy gave me great influence about jazz music. Now I am playing at Kansai area in Japan. My main instrument is tenor saxophone,also I have made a lot of arrangment for Jazz big band. This album is the first CD of my big band. My
band "Eiichiro Arasaki big band" has two https://www.tradebit.com is combo style jazz,the other is traditional big band style jazz. Big band sound and Combo style sound melt. Also you can hear a lot of improvisation in diffalent style,be-bop,modal and free etc.
