Details:
Harry Jay began singing five part harmony with a doo-wop group called "Tony and the Holidays" as well as "The Standards" in the late 50''s and early 60''s. With a love for Latin percussion and the drive to be involved with the music, Harry worked closely with many latin musicians for many years. In the early 80''s Harry began to DJ for radio stations and was able to share his love of Latin music with large audiences. With this experience Harry learned that many people did not know the history and the difference between many types of dance music. Harry started with recording "My Funny Valentine" with a Latin feel and "30 Years Later" was subsequently produced with the intention of giving the great people who listen to it both enjoyment and an eduction in many different forms of latin dance music.
