Formally known as both hef & hefshill, singer, songwriter, artist, chef & performer Chris Heifner has played for numerous venues including churches, clubs, coffee shops, conferences, retreats, weddings, & festivals. You name it chris has probably played it. Chris has been fortunate to collect an audience ranging from the west coast to the mid-west over to the east coast and around the globe to countries such as Slovenia, Germany, and Romania. Chris has also been fortunate to have his music heard on MTV "Parent Control" 2006, the hit WB TV show "Smallville" in 2007 and 2002, on the WB TV movie remake of "The Lone Ranger" 2003. His original song "Yesterday" was picked up for WB Roswell DVD box set 2004, NBC West Wing promotional 2006, & recently, from the Green is the Now album, songs titled “over the mountain” and “green is the now” will appear in the James Brooks film “Buckaroo” 2007. Chris has been showcased twice on Totally Band in Las Vegas 2003 & 2005, a cable TV show and
his original song "I Will Believe" was picked up for a local TV commercial by New Community Church 2004. Chris has had his music played on radio stations such as 107.5 FM and 92.3 FM in Las Vegas, NV, KWAVE in Anaheim, CA, Renagade Radio & 100.0 fm the X, in Reno, NV. Chris has also had the opportunity to open for National Recording Artists such as Mercy me, Ever Stays Red & Paul Wright.
