David Manson''s musical background includes former orchestral positions with the Florida West Coast Symphony and the Memphis Symphony Orchestra. He is director of the EMIT series of adventurous music and trombonist/composer for the Zappa repertoire band Bogus Pomp, modern jazz group Fluid Motion with Sam Rivers and Brazilian band O Som Do Jazz.
