The Carolina Boyz consists of 9 gifted individuals. They reside in the areas of Lumberton,
North Carolina and Whiteville, North Carolina.
The Group has been singing together for 6 years, and have performed with numerous popular acts such as, The Spiritual Awakening, WRAL TV Five Gospel Hour, Stop The Violence (In association with Time Warner Cable), Juvenile, Darryl McFadden of Broklyn, NY, The Williams Brothers, and as an opening act for John P. Key.
The group performs on a regular basis in different venues and formats to help themselves and the new upcoming album. The group is schedule for a 25 city tour to begin in the spring of 2009. The targeted area of concern will be from Boston, MA, to New Orleans, LA.
The Debut Album project is entitled "Lets Have Church". Which consists of 10 moving songs, with embedded messages in each song. The group has place within the album songs that will appeal to every gender of gospel music. From a jazz feel to soulful ballads that are sincerely heart felt. Targeted songs for the album and its initial release will be "Pick Me Up", " Keep On Blessing Me", and "When I Get To Heaven".
