Details:
At last there it really is, the third Pavlov`s Dog album. Many years this album was considered to be lost, as the band split in the middle of the recording sessions 1977, followed by vanishing traceless for 13 years.

Only just three years before Pavlov`s Dog were the highest signed newcomers ever since, ready and being expected to climb the peak of rockmusic. Julia and Song Dance from their 1st album Pempered Menial – each song a powerful and emotional artwork and never out of print until today - are dateless classics.

Even though Has Anyone Here Seen Sigfried was never really finished, songs like Only You or Jenny breath the spirit of Pempered Menial. Once again it is David Surkamps unbelievable voice and style of singing that arrests listeners attention, like coming from another world.

Rumors were spread David Surkamp has died from inhaling helium before singing. Even though this was simply wrong, it became one basis of the mystical aura surrounding Pavlov`s Dog until today.

Rockville presents the first regular release of the lost third Pavlov`s Dog album ever. David Surkamp personally selected the 10 bonustracks besides the 10 original tracks. The bonustracks contain a rare and previously unreleased compilation of live and studiorecordings from 1974 to 1977. So this album is the long missing piece in Pavlov`s Dogs history. The booklet tells the true story about that album , written by David Surkamp.

Besides: The curious title Has Anyone Here Seen Sigfried is a reference to original violin player Sigfried Carver, who left Pavlov`s Dog after the first album, and vanished not to be seen any more.
