Dean Moore is a percussionist who has lend his skills to a variety of projects, and is also a solo performer. Over the past few years, he has specialized in playing music for gongs and other resonate metals. His latest project is a duo with the guitarist / composer Tom Baker. Their debut cd “ Seven Winds” is now available here at cdbaby . https://www.tradebit.com He is a member of Eye Music. Eye Music is a group dedicated to interpreting existing graphic scores as well as composing new scores. Dean has been working with Garrett Fisher and the Fisher Ensemble since 2005. He has performed with The Aono Jikken Ensemble starting with their piece “Eclipse”, and most recently as part of a live foley team performing an original foley sound score for Guy Maddin’s latest silent film “Brand Upon The Brain”. Dean has performed and composed music for local dance companies and was also a founding member of Circus Contraption.
