Bryan Davis’s goal and vision is to express the power of God’s love and His ultimate gift of Jesus Christ to all who hear his music. Regardless of the genre of music that Bryan Davis uses, the theme of God’s impact is interwoven and prayerfully felt.
AFFIRMATIONS was co-produced with Bryan Davis by Quincy Phillips and Daryl Hunt, musicians for such artists as Yolanda Adams, Stephanie Mills, and Tony Terri just to name a few. Quincy Phillips assisted on drums and piano, and Daryl Hunt masterfully enhanced elements of Bryan’s compositions with his skill as a classically trained pianist on most of the songs. Additional collaborators include Micah Smith (background vocals and arranging: “Is There Anything Too Hard”), Jem Pagán (lead guitar: “Things Unsaid,” “Is There Anything Too Hard…” and “Blessed Assurance”), Alvin White (acoustic guitar: “They Shall Know,” and “Pray For Me”), Adam Johnson (bass: “Is There Anything Too Hard…”), and Justin Savage (organ: “Is There Anything Too Hard…”). The entire project was recorded and mastered in Dunkirk, Maryland at Studio 51 by Brad Baerwald.
