Sean Patrick McGraw is the hardest working man in the country music business. Born in Upstate New York, country wasn''t close enough and soon the call of Tennessee was to powerful to ignore. In Nashville he tended bar by day with a rockin country habit at night; his writer''s nights and open mics turned into Nashville Star where he almost rode to the top. But where most whould have given up McGraw couldn''t say goodbye to his dream. So he packed up his guitar, filled up the tank and hit the road.
Touring nonstop for over three years and playing hundreds of gigs - printing t-shirts and pressing CD''s along the way. McGraw is just about done paying his dues. At the stagecoach festival in Indio, California this weekend he opened up for Reba McEntire and Brad Paisley - to the delight of 30,000 fans in the spring sun. In the moments preceding his turn on the stage you may never have guessed this would be his golden moment: his Ford F-150 parked in the shadows of the touring semis. But on that stage the moment was his and he took it.
