Surrounded by musicians at a young age, Rob eventually picked up his own instruments and began playing with bands around the area. He soon began creating his own tunes, drawing influence from great pop acts like The Beach Boys, and The Beatles while mixing in other elements of rock, folk, and jazz such as Cat Stevens, Bob Dylan, and Louis Armstrong.
Rob''s musical talents have definitely not gone unnoticed earning him recognition as the state finalist for the 2009 BMI John Lennon song writing contest.
