After coming together a little less than three years ago, Diesel Pigeons have put in some long hours not only making music but assembling cd’s, promoting, booking, and generally working their way up. Despite the fact that they all “dabbled in other projects” before this one, they feel that DP is really their “first legit band,” and their authenticity shines through in both their first CD – “Sucker” (2008) and EP - “Triple Word Score” (2009). Their music is sort of like a genre-buffet in the sense that you get a little bit of everything; just when you want to classify them as another pop-punk band they throw in some classic rock guitar riffs and rap-infused vocals.
