THIS ALBUM IS AN UPLIFTING ANTIDOTE TO CONTEMPORARY WOES! By far the best recorded and performed collection of songs so far from Tim.
Mastered by Chris Hardcastle at Arena, Sound & Vision.
Only a few seconds into the first track, it becomes very clear that this CD has a much more professional sound quality than the previous Tim Bragg releases. Opener ‘Have You Seen Her?’ is punchy straight ahead rock, with some fine guitar work from Jules Reason, who plays on a further five tracks. ‘Hush Now’ has an interesting perspective on nightmares, and ‘You Know It’s Lyin’ ‘and ‘Thunder and Lightning’ take the tempo down. Aside from ‘A Rainbow In My Heart’ - a pleasant middle of the road pop with a surprise appearance from Phil Knight on guitar, and the doo-wop flavoured ‘She’s Gone Crazy’, the formula is high quality accessible pop/rock songs with an upbeat and positive message which, given enough exposure ought to reach a far wider audience. The CD cover and inlay feature some very impressive photography, including a rare close up of Mr. Bragg himself!
