Mount Baldy is led by Bassist, Submarine Captain and Black Helicopter Pilot Dave "D''ape" DiMatteo. He has never written a love song, but is involved with his Wah Pedal enough to write a like song. Mount Baldy is an independent rock band and likes it that way. When someone tells D''ape he shouldn''t write songs like this, he grins "well, I already have." The music was written with total disregard for commercial radio and record companies. The singular obsession was make something fucking rock. All the songs were written arranged and recorded by D''ape DiMatteo, Bandnazi.
The CD,"Wah''s Happening!" is 74 minutes long and contains 23 tracks. The songs reflect a range of; loud, melodic, heavy, smart-ass, funky and waterboarding, with three acoustic tracks thrown in to confuse metalheads. As the title suggests, about half the tracks contain wah pedal.
