Chief Network is a self-made visionary who hails out of Cleveland. Like any diamond in the rough, he has many facets to him that embody the ultimate entrepreneur. Chief Network has carved out a niche in the music industry, the writing industry as well as the clothing/textiles industry. As a writer, he has created personal memoirs of struggle in the urban community and collaborated with fellow writers such as Bruce Ballard to further the message. His works of poetry give you the true raw perspective of living through struggles as told in the collection of “The Journey” but also gives inspiring resolution to these issues as depicted in “Heaven calls” and Do you wonder why”?.
He doesn’t only stop at poetry to reach his audience, by finding other artists much like him lyrically gifted and driven to succeed it only made sense for him to create his own record label of Tomahawk Records in 2002. Marrying lyrics to high productive beats his music can only be described as musical bliss and sheer perfection. He also has performed in many venues and charity events which include universities, parks, malls, arenas, primary schools, churches, clubs, stores and festivals. He also produced and released a book and three albums through Tomahawk Records. He also has landed sponsorship deals with elite clothing company “Detsitti Clothing” and tennis shoe company “DADA Footwear”. One might say this multi-faceted mogul shares his passion through whatever he does and above all his success comes from his relentless motivation to succeed and see others succeed with him on his journey through life.
JAI KINCAID
Born August 19, 1983 in Cleveland, Ohio as James L Williams III, a young man who grew up just wanting to play baseball. His mom, realizing her sons talent in music had different plans, and enrolled him in piano lessons for several years. He felt it was like torture. Looking back now he is thankful to his mom for helping him appreciate and develop his talent. Often mocked by his friends for having a dual personality because of his experimental style of music, he created an alter ego for himself to express his music without bounds, thus came the name Jai Kincaid. As one of the most diverse music producers in Cleveland, Ohio, Jai Kincaid’s music is inspiring the minds of other performers to go beyond their comfort zone and press into their full potential. He started out by making beats for local artist accapellas; from then on he has grown to become one of the hottest underground producers in the Land. He has been able to put his musical genius to genres such as; hip hop/rap, R&B, blues, pop, techno, jazz, D&B, and retro. Being the official producer to the R&B duo Chosen Fate/Day n Nite rapidly launched his name out to other local artist requesting his style of music on their albums. Tired of being a free lance producer, Jai Kincaid founded the production company Drastik Measurez as a base for operations. Now with the upcoming release of his first project “The Stimulus Package” along with his cousin Chief Network of Tomahawk Records, Jai is anticipating the doors that will be opened when the album is put on shelves.

Tomahawk Records is at it again as they collaborate their two top of the line producers Chief Network & Jai Kincaid of Drastik Measurez Productions for a CD album entitled “The Stimulus Package”. The CD album will be released in stores and online on Friday, July 24, 2009. The Duo has the music production of Hip-Hop, R&B and Pop with the talent of different artists featured on tracks through out the CD. Chief Network & Jai Kincaid have found the best talent and want to expose their musical artist talents and skills through their music production. What make them one of the best producers in game are their different sounds and instruments that most producers are nervous to touch. Chief Network is also one of the leading artists featured on the CD album to set the direction and tone for the artist to follow his elite status of his creativity.
“The Stimulus Package” also features other Hip-Hop, R&B and Pop acts such as Citisin Kane, Ebony James, Rachel Smiley, Earn, Latrice Miles and Alexion.
The reason Chief Network & Jai Kincaid named the CD album “The Stimulus Package” is because the listener’s ears is getting a package that will stimulate the soul with sound quality, creativity, passion, swagger, ambition and one of the best musical productions ever heard.

Tickets are $13 at the door or $10 in advance and if you buy a ticket in advance and you will receive the CD album, poster, t-shirt and food free while supplies last at the concert.
